Please note: Rural and remote deliveries may incur additional charges.
Please call for a quote before advising your client. We ship directly to your customer.
Terms and Conditions
- Payment is due before we ship the order.
- You are welcome to advertise our products on your website\blog\socials but without a price and without the ability to add to cart. Any incentive you choose to pass on to your client is also not to be advertised publicly. Essentially, we do not want you to be in direct competition with INOVA.
- And if you place our product on your website, etc as per above, you agree to keep all images and product information maintained and current.
- Any INOVA online sale pricing is excluded from this arrangement.
Failure to adhere to some of these conditions may result in your removal from the program.
How to order
Please email sales@airclean.com.au with the following information.
- Customer name
- INOVA model number
- Colour (white or black)
- Shipping address
- Customer email and mobile (for tracking of order purposes)
- Advise if payment is via Credit card or EFT (note EFT takes 3 days to reconcile)
Next steps
Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped directly to your customer (without the invoice).
We send them the tracking details as we require a signature on delivery. If it is safe to leave, you can request an AUTHORITY TO LEAVE at the time of ordering, but this is at your customer's risk of theft.
Shipping concerns: if your customer misses the delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions to arrange redelivery or pickup (depo, not PO).
