Your Order
INOVA has a large interstate customer base and is happy to supply our products Australia wide. All items are shipped from our factory in New South Wales. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
The purchase price of our INOVA product/s excludes any delivery costs, therefore you are required to provide us with your delivery details in order for our business to quote the appropriate freight charges.
INOVA will, on behalf of the customer, organise appropriate freighting Australia wide. All freight costs are payable by the customer. Shipping is calculated on weight, size, and distance at checkout.

We suggest that you choose a delivery address where someone is present to accept your delivery during business hours. Your workplace is the ideal delivery point. Please provide a physical address for delivery, as we use couriers who do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Alternatively, depending on your location we can arrange delivery to a ParcelPoint location, please call us before ordering to discuss if this is a viable option.

Delivery
You are responsible for payment of delivery charges, including any additional charges incurred as a result of difficulties with access. You must ensure correct delivery address details have been provided to us at the time of order.
Products will only be delivered if a person aged over 18 years and able to accept delivery is at the delivery address.
Air Purifier systems and large filter orders require a signature upon delivery and unfortunately, cannot be left unattended.
Our couriers operate during normal business hours, Monday-Friday and cannot deliver on the weekend.
You are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and entry to the site to allow the delivery of the products.
Once your order has left our warehouse, INOVA will not be responsible for any delay in delivery time, lost or damaged deliveries.
