In addition to this Returns and refund Policy, please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from INOVA. By ordering any products from this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We recommend you keep a copy of the Terms and Conditions for reference purposes.

1. Cancelling an order not already shipped

To cancel an order not already shipped, Tel 1300 137 244 or email sales@airclean.com.au with details of your order, including your order number and your reason for cancelling.  Please note there is a 15% cancellation or restocking fee, regardless of the status of your order.

2. Cancellation of held orders

Orders held at the request of the customer cannot be cancelled after 30 days.

3. Returns and refunds

3.1 We trust you will be happy with INOVA products; however, if you decide to make a return, you must call INOVA on 1300 137 244 within 14 days of receiving the item(s) to obtain authorisation. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted after 14 days of receipt of the order.

3.2 All items returned will incur a 15% restocking fee and the actual delivery and pickup charges paid by INOVA to return the order - please contact sales@airclean.com.au for an estimate of these charges. Note: Advertised shipping rates or the amount on your initial order may be lower than INOVA’s actual return shipping costs. Returns must be sent within 7 days of the Refund Request; it is your responsibility to keep a record of tracking details and a signed courier Return Summary Report for the returned items.

3.3 The product must be in a new condition with any and all included accessories in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted without the original packaging (additional costs may be incurred). Items returned damaged due to not being packaged correctly in their original packaging will not be accepted for a refund.

3.4 When returning item(s) you must assist us with organising the return of these item(s): this includes signing for item(s) on delivery; relabelling as per our instructions and making the item(s) available for collection by our carrier (you may be required to be present for the collection). Failing to assist with any of these processes may result in us rejecting your order cancellation.

3.5 Custom, wall-mounted and commercial items are ineligible for return, regardless of the status of your order.

3.6 Where multiple air purifier systems have been purchased, only one air purifier system per order can be returned. (15% Restocking fee will apply as per item 3.2)  

3.7 Unopened replacement filters will only be accepted for return for a credit or exchange when ordered in error. 

4. Damaged or faulty item(s)

4.1 When you receive your order, inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. Notification of a damaged or faulty item(s) on delivery must be reported within 48 hours of your delivery.

4.2 If you receive a damaged or faulty item(s), we will endeavour to send a replacement as soon as possible; however please note the item(s) need to be returned to INOVA before the replacement is sent.

4.3 Photographic proof may be required for the damaged item(s) so we can claim insurance from the carrier. We will require you to label and make the faulty item(s) available for collection (you may be required to be present for the collection).
