I purchased 2 x 3 years ago and the machines are still going. It easy to understand how to change the filters. After doing a lot of research on air purifiers I knew we needed an active carbon filter if we were really serious about removing CVOCs from the air within the house. At the time this was the only air purifier that provided this available to residents.

I have used this product for several years and have consistently found it to be outstanding. It arrived in Melbourne promptly after the order was placed.

We are generally very pleased with all aspects of our decision to purchase the E20 Plus.From the outset of making contact with Nicholas who was very patient with our questions ,coming from novice first time air purifier buyers.Given our requirements / needs the E20 Plus he recomended is doing the job intended.The unit and filters arrived on time from interstate
securely packed with no damage at all. The operating manual being clear and simple making for set up quick and easy.
We do however find the fan noise somewhat excessive even set to a minimum, which does cause problems when placed in a bedroom enviroment. Given that everyone has a different perception of noise level disturbance that may not be the case for everyone. In all we highly recomend this robust Australian built product.

Filters received in very good time and condition excellent service

The replacement pre-filters I ordered arrived very quickly. In comparing the state of the old ones against the new ones they are clearly very effective! Very quick and easy to swap in and out too

Expected higher spec unit with bespoke filter containment, digital switching, sealed cabinet etc. Price is not reflected in design, however if this does not detract from reliability or ongoing performance will be acceptable.

I bought the E20 a year ago now for chemical work in my job.....if I don't have it on I end up with bad sinus congestion and it end up on my chest and turn into a bronchial mess which lasts for up to 3 weeks. I haven't had any issues since using it, I am so grateful there is a product like this, otherwise I wouldn't be able to do the work I enjoy. Awesome unit!!

Great product and quick delivery of filters

After 6 weeks of use I checked the condition of the Pre filter and was very surprised with how much dust was accumulating on it. Definitely working well.
I don't know if I will get 6 months use though as we are in a very dusty house.

Great quality product

No doubt the most important part of the product is its use rather than its appearance. It seems to do a very good job in clearing and cleaning the air, so I cannot complain about that. Breathing is easier--no doubt about that. I am very grateful! On the minus side I am surprised how old fashioned the controls are, and the general industrial appearance of the unit seems somewhat anachronistic. A great improvement would be an automatic function which would switch the controls higher when the air is polluted. It might be that other machines with this function are only fooling us, so this may be an unfair point.
